Shipping Policy

Yes, free standard shipping on all US orders, no minimum required. At checkout you can also choose optional Protected Shipping for $9.99, with the same delivery time.

Not at this time. We ship exclusively within the United States.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or the carrier confirms your package is lost, email support@mutospace.com and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, give it 2 business days and check around your entrance, mailroom, and with neighbors, then contact us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and support you through it. Orders with Protected Shipping are replaced or refunded by us directly.

Protected Shipping is an optional $9.99 delivery option at checkout, with the same delivery time as free shipping. Every order is already covered if it's lost in transit or arrives damaged. Protected Shipping also covers packages marked delivered that never reach you, and claims get a reply within 1 business day.

We're sorry about that. For a wrong or missing item, email support@mutospace.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. For a damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
