Refund policy
At Muto Space, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right — no runaround, no hassle.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@mutospace.com with your order number. After 24 hours, cancellation isn't guaranteed as your order may already be in processing. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may return it after delivery per the policy below.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. No restocking fees. Ever.
Who Covers Return Shipping?
We cover return shipping if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You cover return shipping if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable in either case.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@mutospace.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Repackage the item securely with all original accessories, tags, and documents.
- Ship it back using the carrier instructions we'll send in your return authorization email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may add additional time.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. Email support@mutospace.com with your order number and what you'd like instead.
Order Not Delivered?
Contact us at support@mutospace.com with your order number if your order hasn't arrived within the expected window. If confirmed lost, we'll issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These are clearly marked on their product pages.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes are reflected on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
